Our Board of Directors
Valerie first started the Bridge in Grand County, Colorado in order to serve the needs of women through mentorship and life skills training. After years of great work, the Bridge outreach was paused in order to reformulate a joint vision and strategy with her husband, Rick. In 2023, they re-launched The Bridge 7M, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, as an outreach to people in the 7 Mountains, or Spheres of Influence in society. Valerie's 20+ years of nursing and non-profit experience along with Rick's sales and investment management work is combined to create a passion for people and our communities we live and thrive in. Rick is also a graduate of Charis Bible College's School of Practical Government 3rd year intensive.
Our Vision is to have multiple centers across the USA to meet with and influence the leaders , aka Gatekeepers, and stakeholders in the 7 Mountains (Spheres of Influence) towards a Constitutional and Judeo-Christian ethic...as we were founded. We plan to develop others who share the vision and mission of The Bridge 7M, which is not our vision, but one that the Almighty is communicating to many during this time of economic, political and social upheaval.
Alex and Chuy Sanchez Loya
Alex and Chuy are our partners in The Bridge and our managers of our rental properties in Grand County. In both areas, we would not know what to do without them!! They are the hardest workers, have the most generous spirits, and have been miraculously healed by Jesus in heart and body through the Bridge ministries and connections.
Andrew and Cheryl Wright
Often missed, see above, Andrew and Cheryl Wright have been one of our closest friends since our move to Colorado Springs in 1997. Our boys are the same age and best friends since diapers, our daughters are close too. Without the Wrights, we could not have made it though some of our hardest times.
