What is a "Mountain"
The 7 Mountains(or Spheres) Mandate, first noted in 1975 by Bill Bright(Campus Crusade) & Loren Cunningham(YWAM), et. al. and more recently popularized by Lance Wallnau (God's Chaos Candidate & God's Chaos Code), is simply motivating the Church, aka the Body of Christ, to become more actively engaged in society. To be a Christian witness in their work and societal communities. Too many churches only operate inside the "4 walls of a building" and have been encouraged to do so by those purporting the false "separation of church and state" narrative. Even the Johnson Amendment, revoked by President Trump, restricted churches to only preach Bible topics from the pulpit and not to sway into politics or societal debates, OR suffer the revocation of their coveted Non-Profit status. Government overreach defined!
The Mountains, or Spheres, are defined as follows: Religion, Government/Military, Media, Arts and Entertainment, Education, Business, and the Family. We feel called and commanded to influence society towards a more Biblical ethic based on Proverbs 29:2 "When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: But when the wicked...rule, the people mourn".
